Great course, was perfectly constructed , the instructor was brilliant and covered all aspects. He exercised patience and efficiency and competency in teaching it. Impressive and highly recommended to others looking to do the course.

I attended a Provide First Aid course at your St Marys Training Centre on Friday 13th July. Your Trainer Paul is an asset to your company. I had an issue during the course and the way Paul responded was fantastic. He was very comforting and respectful and made sure that I was ok throughout the rest of the day. I know that I held him up in the course and I did feel quite bad about that, but he made feel very comfortable so that I could continue the course and get my Certificate. I just wanted to make sure that you got this feedback, because people like Paul don’t come along every day.

This was one of the best courses I have attended over the many years I have had my First Aid Certificate and I will make sure that i continue coming back to your training centre in St Marys.

Susan took my initial call and was helpful, friendly, professional and followed up on our inquiry, she made it easy and was the reason we booked through you. Thankfully because Paul Porter the trainer was exceptional, having done this course before I wasn’t looking forward to it. I just wanted to say that having attended a lot of first aid courses and talks, I really enjoyed today and I learned a lot. Both Paul and Claudio were great and really patient when it came to answering the stack of questions we had and really professional throughout. Such a good job, and being able to take care of everything else online made it all so much easier.

The session went really well. The trainers were on time & ready to start by 8:40am. They were extremely approachable & able to answer any questions.

This is the second RSA course I’ve completed as I allowed my first interim certificate to expire and I found Rob from Catch Training to be a great teacher – I learnt some things that I never learnt at my first course. Rob was very informative and humorous which led to a nice, comfortable and engaging class.
