Community & responsibility

Practical skills.
Stronger connections.

Training can open a next step for a learner, help a team work with confidence and bring people together. Catch Training has supported NSW learners and organisations since 2014.

Practical learning together at Catch Training

Our responsibility starts with the learner.

Make practical training easier to understand, easier to plan and relevant to the people taking part.

Our approach brings together useful skills, clear course information and a conversation about the support each learner or organisation needs. Whether you are starting work, changing direction or coordinating a team, the next step should begin with a clear understanding of the training outcome.

Access & inclusion

A conversation about support.

Ask about venue access, course preparation, information formats or learning support before you book. We can discuss what may be suitable within the requirements of the selected course.

Accessibility & assistance
Skills & opportunity

A practical next step.

Explore pathways for students, career changers, people returning to work, professionals and small business owners. Choose training around your goal and the outcome your role needs.

Community & teams

Bring people together.

Schools, community organisations and employment providers can discuss suitable courses for a group, with venue, timing and participant needs considered before a session is agreed.

Explore group training

Community training, shaped around your group.

Tell us who you want to support and what they want to learn. A helpful brief includes the course outcomes, learner ages where relevant, estimated numbers, preferred dates and a proposed venue.

Training can be discussed at an actual Catch centre, your workplace or a suitable nominated venue. Regional enquiries include a conversation about trainer availability, facilities and travel.

A useful starting point

  • Schools and young learners exploring practical skills
  • Community groups coordinating First Aid or CPR training
  • Employment providers planning participant pathways
  • Small businesses developing skills across their team

Courses, entry requirements, delivery arrangements and quoted fees are confirmed for the proposed group.

Contact the Catch team

Community & responsibility questions.

How can I ask for learning or accessibility support?

Contact Catch before booking or attending and explain the course you are considering and the support you would like to discuss. The team can review the request against the course and assessment requirements. You can also ask for help using the website or booking service.

Can a school or community organisation arrange training?

Yes. Tell Catch about the learner group, ages where relevant, course outcomes, proposed venue, participant numbers and preferred dates. Suitability, trainer availability, practical facilities and pricing are confirmed before a booking.

Can Catch work with an employment provider?

Employment providers can discuss participant training, course combinations, timing and billing. Learners should confirm provider approval and payment arrangements before enrolling; an enquiry or booking does not confirm funding.

How can I find information without printing everything?

Use the online course pages, student help centre and available digital resources. Follow the preparation and identification instructions for your specific course. Contact Catch if you need information in another format.

Where can I read about Catch’s Duke of Ed connection?

The partner information link on this page opens the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Australia partner directory. Ask Catch about the particular course or proposed learner activity rather than assuming every course fulfils an Award requirement.

How do I raise a concern or suggest an improvement?

Contact the Catch team with the page, course or experience you want to discuss. For a formal concern, use the complaints and appeals information linked on this page. Personal learner information should be shared through the appropriate support process.
