Need a hand with your booking?
Use Catch’s online contact form if you do not use an email app. Include your course, booked date and booking reference if you have one. Do not include your USI, ID documents or medical details.
What happens next?
A change request does not change your booking automatically. The team must confirm the alternative date and any applicable conditions or fees. For certificate help, include your name, course and attendance date so the team can locate your record.
