Catch Barista Trainer James Foley spends his time visiting a wide range of schools to deliver hands-on barista training to students. We have found that this training is a hit with a wide range of students both young and old, both academically minded and those who are not.  A typical session last for 2.5 -3hrs for 5-6 students and during that time the students remain wholly engaged in the process. Within the three hours they are able to successfully produce a pretty decent latter, cappuccino or flat white. These achievement brings pride and confidence to the studetns; in fact many love the fact that they get to make a coffee for their teacher to drink!

Typically we conduct Barista training on an espresso machine that a school already has in place.  However, we are pleased to announce that we now have the ability to bring an espresso machine onsite when needed, allowing all schools to access this training.  All we need is a power point, access to water and some students!
